Merging a PDF is the most ordinary task on the internet — and almost every free site does it by uploading your document to their server. Those documents are contracts, invoices, medical forms and scans of your passport. This tool takes a different route: it uses pdf-lib inside your browser to read and rebuild the PDF locally, so the file never leaves your device. Turn off your Wi-Fi and it still works — that is the proof.
Merge — drop two or more PDFs, move them into the order you want with the arrows, download one combined file. Split / extract — type a range like 1-3,7 and either keep just those pages or delete them from the document. No watermark, no page limit, no account, no Acrobat subscription.
We don't promise magic PDF compression — honest recompression of the images inside a PDF isn't something a browser library does well, and we'd rather say so than ship a button that quietly does nothing. Word → PDF is also missing on purpose: it needs a server-side office engine, which would break the promise that your file stays local.
