Free large-format print cost calculator

Wide-format printing — banners, posters, signage, vehicle graphics — is priced mainly by area. This print cost calculator multiplies the print's square metres (width × height) by your price per m², multiplies by quantity, adds optional lamination (also per m²) and a one-off setup fee, and shows the total plus the cost per piece. It's the fast way to quote a job or check a supplier's price.

What drives the price

Bigger area, premium media and finishing (lamination, eyelets, hemming) all add cost, while larger runs lower the per-piece price as the setup fee spreads out. Ask whether the quoted rate includes finishing and whether there's a minimum charge — small jobs are often dominated by setup.

How is it priced?
Area (m²) × price per m² × quantity, plus lamination and a setup fee.
Square metres?
Width (m) × height (m). A 2×1 m banner is 2 m².
